SERVICE

Find The Right Fit.

The success of any intervention depends upon choosing a suitable and appropriate method in order to both address the situation at hand, and meet the needs of the personality involved. Find the path towards clarity by thoroughly choosing what process serves your interest best.

Counselling

The setting of counselling is the optimal method for individuals who want to work on specific and personal matter.

The counsellor listens, reflects, and offers an assessment of the situation and a strategy to move forward.

Moderation

A moderation serves as an ideal form of addressing conflict or controversy within groups in a rather informal manner.

The moderator guides the parties through delicate conversation  and delivers a neutral perspective.

Mediation

In mediation, the parties are guided through the conflict and enabled to autonomously find individual solutions.

The mediator does not articulate any solution proposals, this capacity remains at the sole discretion of the parties.

Conciliation

In conciliation, the relevant parties are guided through the conflict and receive a solution proposal by the conciliator.

With accepting the proposal, the parties reach an agreement which becomes legally binding for everyone involved.

Arbitration

In arbitration, the parties assign the third-party neutral to determine a  solution on their behalf.

Furthermore, they vest the arbitrator with the authority of delivering a decision which they accept as legally binding.

ENVIRONMENT

Choose Your Setting.

Individual Setting

The personal setting provides the right environment to work on an issue in-depth and on a regular basis. Get acquainted with communication pattern recognition and learn how to phrase your positions, interests, and needs with clarity and confidence.

Two People

Interactions between two people follow a characteristic dynamic. Taking the particularity of the dyad into account ensures an optimal strategy to deal with issues which need to be solved by both parties. Negotiate your way out of a dead-end and move forward.

Groups

Conflicts in-between groups of three or more people require a case-related approach, considering the individuality of all the parties involved as well as the unique nature of each situation. Confront what needs to be said for the sake of future interactions.
